The Taliban are not exactly responsible for Sept 11. But if he has participated in the Al-qeda operations against America and its allies then he deserves the full punishment the law can offer. So if he is only participated in Taliban activities he is not exactly guilty. Why doesn't America just drop a big bomb smack bang in the middle of Afghanistan and just wipe whoever gets in its way out
