LOTTOPOL RULES, TERMS and CONDITIONS

LOTTOPOL consists of three types of exciting games offering more than $500,000,000 in total prizes: The daily LOTTOPOL games where the winning numbers are determined from that days' major league professional sports scores, the annual LOTTOPOL SUPERBOWL $2,000,000 JACKPOT, and finally the $250 million ULTIMATE LOTTOPOL. To enter LOTTOPOLSM you simply pick seven numbers from 0 to 99. Every LOTTOPOLSM ticket is automatically entered in all three LOTTOPOL games. This gives you 3 separate chances to win.

LOTTOPOLSM tickets are absolutely free. We only ask that you respond to a poll question with each ticket you enter. LOTTOPOL is not a game of chance, as the winning numbers are not generated randomly. There are no "drawings". Prizewinning numbers are determined by the next day's major league sports scores or other specific described methodology. The participants choose a number combination of seven numbers from 0 to 99 on each of their own tickets. An element of skill exists in that knowledge of the likely ranges of sports scores and consequently the patterns of the LOTTOPOLSM numbers that are generated, and therefor the likelihood of which number combinations will be selected by other participants, comprise the skills can be utilized in LOTTOPOLSM. To win a particular game the seven numbers from 0 to 99 on the ticket must match that game's winning number combination. The order of the seven numbers does not matter.

The LOTTOPOL daily games and the annual LOTTOPOLSM SUPERBOWL JACKPOT winning numbers are determined by multiplying as many of the highest major league professional sports scores required to produce a 14 digit number. If all Major League Professional Ball Games scores in descending order are not sufficient to produce a 14-digit number but are sufficient to produce a 13-digit number and/or a 15-digit number, the 13-digit number will be used. If Major League Professional Ball Games scores are not sufficient to produce a 13 digit number, then no LOTTOPOL Number will be calculated and the entries that would have been eligible for that date or period will be eligible for the next date or period which does produce a LOTTOPOL number. Starting in 2003, Lottopol numbers that would utilize a baseball game will be computed by including the closing Dow Jones Industrial Average (if the New York Stock Exchange was open that day) as two whole numbers by including the numbers before the decimal point as one number and the two digits after the decimal point as another number in a calculation which uses the highest of the scores of the Major League Professional Ball Games played that day. The ULTIMATE LOTTOBOWLSM JACKPOT winning number is first number combination that has not been picked by any other participant and whose entry results in all possible number combinations having been entered. Thus, to win the ULTIMATE LOTTOPOLSM, you must pick a number combination that has not been picked by any other participant, and after that number combination is entered there are no other unpicked number combinations. When the winning ULTIMATE LOTTOPOLSM is determined, any other entry, which also has been only picked by a single participant, will share an additional $250 million runner-up ULTIMATE LOTTOPOLSM Jackpot. All entries remain on file until the ULTIMATE LOTTOPOLSM Jackpot is determined.

Freenet, Inc. specifically retains at all times the right to alter any aspect of the game(s), including but not limited to the method of determination of the winning numbers and the amounts of the prizes to be awarded, at any time prior to actual determination of a winning entry, by making appropriate changes to these official terms and conditions. The winning numbers for the Superbowl Grand Prize LOTTOPOLSM game is determined from the scores of the NFL Playoffs and the Superbowl. Entries received prior to midnight E.S.T on December 31st are eligible for the Superbowl Grand Prize LOTTOPOLSM game based on that season's NFL Playoff games and Superbowl. The winning numbers for the ULTIMATE LOTTOPOL Jackpot Prize is the first entry that results in all of the possible number combinations of entries having been entered. The winning ULTIMATE LOTTOPOL entry will receive $250,000,000.00 in 25 annual installments. Each of the annual installments will be a payment of ten million dollars. An entry whose numbers have not been picked by any other participant prior to determination of the Ultimate LOTTOPOL Prize is a runner-up Ultimate winner. Runner-up Ultimate winners will receive an additional $250,000,000.00 plus additional amounts that may have been added to the runner-up prize pool paid in 25 annual installments. Any prize won by multiple entries will be divided among winners.

Additional monetary jackpots or other prizes may be provided by sponsors to be awarded at times for correctly picking 6 out of the 7 wining numbers. Tickets received prior to midnight E.S.T. are generally eligible for the next day's games. Thus, a ticket received prior to midnight on January 31st would be eligible to win the daily jackpot based on the Major League Professional Ball Games played on February 1st. However, on some days not enough Major League Professional Ball Games are played on a given day to produce a LOTTOPOL number. In those cases the LOTTOPOL tickets that would have been eligible for that day remain eligible for the next day that produces a LOTTOPOL number.

The chances of correctly picking seven two-digit numbers are 1 in 16,007,560,000. The chances of correctly picking 6 out of the 7 wining numbers are 1 in 24,589,180. The odds of correctly picking seven wining two-digit numbers determined by the product of high scores of professional sports events may be significantly improved by those with familiarity with the likely magnitude of the highest scores of any particular game. The chances of correctly picking the last unpicked number and thus winning the Ultimate Lottopol Prize depend on the number of entries submitted.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Participants can select one entry by submitting seven numbers from 0 to 99 and responding to a question. The answer to the question has no influence on your probability of winning. The number of entries permitted per day may be limited. Participants can enter LOTTOPOL either by using the internet or by mail. Tickets received prior to midnight EST are generally eligible for the next day's games, meaning the daily LOTTOPOL Numbers as determined from the Major League Professional Ball Games played on the day after We receive the ticket entry. However, on some days not enough Major League Professional Ball Games are played on a given day to produce a LOTTOPOL number. In those cases the LOTTOPOL tickets that would have been eligible for that day remain eligible for the next day that produces a LOTTOPOL number. The stamped self-addressed envelope will be sent back with a number of printed questions with LOTTOPOL entry tickets. Mail entry tickets may not be reproduced. Mailed entries will be entered for the daily game on the day after the envelopes are opened at LOTTOPOL. No more than ten entry tickets may be sent to LOTTOPOL in any single envelope. (5) It is expressly agreed that only a natural person will be eligible to receive any of the annual payments which will be paid in twenty-five equal annual installments during their lifetime and no payments or the right to such payments can be assigned or transferred nor will any payments be made to or inure to the benefit of any of the winners' heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with Lottopol, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Delaware or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware.

It is the participant's responsibility to claim any prize and such claims must be made within one year of the date that the winning numbers are announced. Any waiver or failure to enforce and of these rules by Freenet, Inc. on any occasion will not effect Freenet's ability and rights to enforce such rules in the future.
